SWR 99.9 FM & The Lookout, Echo Point Facebook Competition (December 2024)

By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. The competition is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.

Eligibility

  • The competition is open to all individuals.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of SWR 99.9 FM or The Lookout Echo Point, are not eligible to enter.
  • The competition is open to those individuals located in Australia.

How to Enter

  • To enter the competition, participants must view The Lookout’s Menu, tag the person they wish to take, and describe what dish stands out to them.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Competition Period

The competition will run from Monday the 16th of December 2024, 9.30am, to Friday the 20th of December 2024, 5pm. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

Prizes

  • The prize consists of a $100.00 Dining Voucher for The Lookout, Echo Point.
  • The winner will be chosen at random.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected on Monday 23rd December 2024 and will be notified via social media message within 2 business days.
  • If the winner does not respond within 2 business days, an alternative winner may be selected.

Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, photograph, or other media for publicity purposes, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy

The information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfil the prize.

Disqualification

SWR 99.9 FM reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Liability

SWR 99.9 FM is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize, except as required by law.

Changes to Terms

SWR 99.9 FM reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
