Our Team

SWRFM Community Media Association Inc.’s system of management is made up of our Executive Board and Three Sub-Committees. Each are responsible for running different aspects of the Association, and keeping up the SWR you know and love!

Board of Management

The Board are responsible for overseeing the vision and direction of SWR, making decisions on actions and envisioning the future of your local radio staiton.

Programming Committee

The Programming Committee is responsible for overseeing the scheduling of and running of access programs on SWR 99.9 FM. They also assist broadcasters, whether it be running training or giving feedback on their radio programs!

Digital & Marketing Committee

The Digital & Marketing Committee are responsible for the online presence of SWR 99.9 FM, its marketing and online services, such as the website, email and social platforms.

Technical Committee

The Technical Committee are the backbone of SWR – they keep us on-air and continue to improve SWR into its modernisation, repairs and ongoing maintenance.
