We have been notified by NSW Health of a rising number of new positive cases of COVID19 in our City, particularly among young people, and the urgency for Fairfield City residents to get tested.
We have also been informed that more young people are being admitted to hospital because of this highly contagious variant of the virus.
We are asking our residents to get tested, regardless of symptoms. Fairfield City has a growing number of exposure sites and suburbs so no one should be complacent.
Please share this information with friends and family, especially with young people – we
need to get the message out to everyone to get tested.
