Fairfield City Museum & Gallery will soon host a fantastic feast that showcases some of the best international cuisines that can be found in Fairfield City.
Food & Fusion 3.0 will be held on Saturday 28 October in the grounds of Fairfield City Museum & Gallery, where guests will be treated to great food and wine tasting.
Mayor of Fairfield City Frank Carbone said Food & Fusion 3.0 would celebrate the City’s diversity through food.
“Food & Fusion 3.0 allows members of the community to come together as we showcase delicious international cuisines and celebrate our City’s passion for food and dining during Good Food Month,” Mayor Carbone said.
“Our City’s diversity and history of migration has meant the food scene has thrived in Fairfield City and we have become the envy of other local government areas.”
Event guests will be immersed into history, starting with a guided tour of the Vintage Village, plus enjoy tea in a billy and freshly baked damper with locally produced honey.
This will be followed by a cross-cultural feast in the picturesque Vintage Village, which will include Lao and Thai entrées, fresh pasta and a delicious gelato dessert.
