Our first Bunnings BBQ was a success! The SWR Triple 9 FM Team was at Bunnings Warehouse Blacktown on Sunday 2nd December, and we sold over 600 sausages! Thanks to all the fans that came down to say G'day!

Our next Bunnings BBQ will be at Bunnings Lidcombe on Parramatta Road on the 29th December!

Make sure you pop-by and grab yourself a sausage sanga!

Blacktown City will welcome the 2018 festive season with it's annual Christmas tree light up and concert in the Civic Plaza, from 6 pm to 9 pm.

The evening will also include the Lady Mayoress Christmas Gift Appeal.

Local residents can enjoy a free Christmas Concert featuring:

• free DreamWorks Trolls kids show at 7.45pm (meet and greet characters at 6pm & 7pm)
• live stage performances by local community groups
• Christmas carols
• kids Christmas show
• free face painting
• a visit from Santa Claus

​At 8.45 pm, the iconic Christmas tree will be lit up, showcasing it's fairy light and decorations.
